Putignano is a Municipality with a great experience in the management of european founds and projects, I MAKE Project CTE 2007-2013 Greece- Italy, and Project Carnval Ephemeral Heritage Of The European Carnival Rituals with Creative Europe: Culture – EC CULT2014 / COOP1. Starting by the experience of “I Make” Project, LP has reached an deep maturity towards the project’s theme related to urban heritage regeneration and the implementation of cultural services in order to enhance the social and cultural cohesion. It has a solid administrative structure, composed by 118 employees (employees + executives) – sectors of intervention cultural policies, environment, land management, urban planning, public works, social services, personal services. LP has financial capacity to anticipate, in case of approval of project, the costs necessary to the good performance of the project, as evidenced by many completed projects financed in past few years.
PUGLIA REGION
PUGLIA Region – Department Economy of culture, tourism and territory is the most important South example of growth of sustainable tourism – managing IPA and ENPI Projects, Interreg Greece Italy; Puglia Region is responsible of Italian Regions for the IV Pillar Tourism in Macroregion Adriatic Ionian strategy; Puglia Region is also leader Partner in Interregional Project South Cultural Routes-via Francigena that is starting. Some of previous experiences: Programme ENPI CBC 2007/2013″Wealth”, Programme Greece-Italy 2007/2013 “Cultroutes” , Programme Greece-Italy 2007-2013 “I.C.E. Innovation, Culture and Creativity for a new Economy”.
MUNICIPALITY OF CONVERSANO
Municipality of Conversano has a qualified planning and managerial capacity thanks to the management of many European, national and regional founds. The Municipality is strictly involved in the project’s theme, because it has a ex- slaughterhouse, recently restored, that needs to be valorized as a social and meeting place with the management tool, implemented by the project.

Corfu Municipality has great experience to the implementation of EU co – financing projects and more indicatively within the framework of the followings programmes: Greece – Italy 2007 – 2013 1) Parks without Borders, 2) Magna Grecia Mare – 3)Clean Urban Transport Systems.Municipality of Corfu was a lead partner. Greece – Albania 2007 – 2013 Tourism Promotion to New Markets and was an Overall Lead Partner & Financial Lead Partner IPA ADRIATIC 2007- 2013 1) Adriatic fortresses and military areas – Adrifort project 2) EXtension of POtentiality of Adriatic UNESCO Sites, 3) ADRIFORT – The Project aims at creating a new model of Governance of cultural heritage.
MUNICIPAL AND REGIONAL THEATRE OF CORFU
The Municipal and Regional Theatre of Corfu is a cultural organization based in Corfu, Greece. It is dedicated to the production and presentation of theatrical performances, as well as other cultural events. The theatre is housed in a historic building in the heart of Corfu Town, which has been recently renovated. The Municipal and Regional Theatre of Corfu is a member of the European Theatre Convention.

The associated partner Puglia Region, Youth Policies Section has an important experience with the Urban Labs action, an experience of participative urban development and territorial regeneration In 2006 the Apulia Region launched an call called Urban Labs, open to all the municipalities, inviting them to identify unused buildings to be transformed into cultural centres.
