JUMP – Joint Urban Measures for creative Players

WP 1 – PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Management, coordination and monitoring of activities, financial and administrative management of the assigned budget; organisation of and participation in coordination meetings; drafting of half-yearly reports.

WP 2 – COMMUNICATION

Management and coordination of communication activities and dissemination of the project through the website, social media and promotional materials.

WP3 – DEVELOPMENT OF THE URBAN CREATIVE AND CULTURAL LABORATORY MODEL

– SWOT analysis of the I MAKE project experience in order to define the state of the art, innovation services for the creative industry for urban regeneration and good practice experiences to be shared at cross-border level to encourage and develop youth creativity.

– Elaboration of a model for the innovative promotion and management of the urban heritage of the former slaughterhouses, with the definition of a protocol for the formation of the cross-border network defining the characteristics and methodology of promotion, the standards of cultural services and artistic products.

WP 4 – INFRASTRUCTURAL INTERVENTIONS

– Renovation of the former slaughterhouse of Corfu;

– Setting up of the arts laboratory in Conversano;

– Equipping the ex-slaughterhouse in Putignano.

WP 5 – IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODEL FOR THE PROMOTION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CREATIVE URBAN LABORATORY

– Carpentry workshop to create a line of products (tables, chairs, furnishing accessories) to be used as furnishing elements for other former slaughterhouses;

– Theatre training workshop (in Italy and Greece) for young actors from the cross-border area with a final touring theatre production in the territories involved;

– Music Masterclass addressed to young musicians with a final music production touring the involved territories;

– n.4 laboratories of expressive arts (art-therapy, photography, graphics and painting) each one addressed to young people and disadvantaged people with a final exhibition of the artefacts and artistic works realised

– n.2 creative cooking workshops and n.2 thematic dinners (organised in Greece) also addressed to young people with disabilities with the involvement of local restaurateurs, favouring Mediterranean cuisine and 0 km products;

– n.4 awareness-raising workshops (2 in Greece and 2 in Italy) – the idea is to involve citizens and in particular young people in a broad sense and young artists specifically, in order to increase their awareness of the importance of multi-cultural centres and of the opportunities they generate for the enrichment of the cultural offer of the reference territories;

– Festival of creativity: music, theatre and art inaugurate the urban laboratory in Corfu.
